Returns and Right of Withdrawal

European Union

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement sent by email to return@orvyn.ch is sufficient. Alternatively, the model withdrawal form below may be used.

After receiving the withdrawal request, we will provide the required return instructions and the applicable return address. Please do not return any goods without contacting us first, as the return address depends on the warehouse from which the order was dispatched.

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal has been communicated. They may be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. The goods must be returned complete and with all original labels, accessories, packaging, protective bags and other supplied components.

Orvyn bears the return shipping costs unless expressly agreed otherwise before the order is completed.

We will refund all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Additional costs resulting from an expressly selected express or special delivery option will not be refunded. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after the withdrawal request is received. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received by us or our returns partner, or until proof of return shipment has been provided.

An appropriate deduction may be made for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Switzerland

For customers in Switzerland, Orvyn voluntarily provides a 14-day return period from the date the goods are received.

Please contact return@orvyn.ch before returning any goods so that we can provide the correct return address and further instructions.
