Shipping Policy

Orvyn delivers to Switzerland and to the European countries available in the country selector and at checkout.

Shipping Costs

For deliveries within Switzerland, shipping costs CHF 19. Delivery is free for orders of CHF 200 or more.

For deliveries to European countries, the applicable shipping costs and free-shipping threshold are displayed in euros at checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Europe generally takes an additional 2–5 business days.

The delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the product, warehouse location and delivery address.

Shipping and Partial Deliveries

Products may be shipped directly from different European partner warehouses. If an order contains items from multiple warehouses, the items may be delivered in separate parcels and at different times. Customers will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Taxes and Import Charges

The final prices displayed at checkout include the applicable statutory taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

If additional customs duties or import charges may apply to a delivery, this will be indicated before the order is completed.
