Are all products brand new?
Yes. ORVYN only sells brand-new products, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.
How long does shipping to Switzerland take?
Delivery within Switzerland usually takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the supplier and destination.
Does ORVYN ship to countries outside Switzerland?
Currently, we only ship within Switzerland. We are already working on expanding our delivery service to additional European countries.
Are taxes and import duties included?
Yes. All taxes, import duties, and customs fees are already included in the purchase price for our customers.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days in accordance with our return policy. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes. ORVYN offers secure payment methods, including Klarna installment payments where available.
Is the item available immediately?
If a product is shown as available in our shop, it is generally available for immediate order. In rare cases, supplier availability may change at short notice.
Do products come with their original packaging?
Yes. All products are supplied with their original packaging, including the original box, dust bag, tags, or other brand-specific accessories, where applicable.
