1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Orvyn online store (www.orvyn.ch). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

A purchase contract is concluded once Orvyn confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.

Orvyn reserves the right to refuse orders without providing reasons.

Orders may only be placed by persons who are at least 18 years old. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reached the age of 18.

3. Product Selection and Availability

Orvyn operates a curated online boutique with a rotating selection of products available in limited quantities.

The products presented are carefully selected and sourced from external distributors and partners. Availability of individual items is limited and may change at short notice.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Payments are processed via the payment methods offered in the shop.

The goods remain the property of Orvyn until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and not binding.

As certain products may be shipped directly from partners or from abroad, partial deliveries may occur.

For deliveries from abroad, additional customs, import or handling fees may apply unless explicitly stated as included. Such costs are borne by the customer.

6. Returns

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. Orvyn voluntarily grants a return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods, provided that items are returned unused and in their original packaging.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland apply.

8. Liability

Orvyn is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

9. Data Protection

Details regarding data processing can be found in the privacy policy at www.orvyn.ch.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered location of the operator.
