Refund policy

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland.

Orvyn voluntarily grants a return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods, provided that items are returned unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by Orvyn unless otherwise agreed.
